Training Sessions
During the Winter (from November to May), club members train at the Olympic Basin indoor facilities once a week. During the Summer (from May to September), the team paddles a minimum of twice per week.

Throughout the season, all members are required to follow a cardiovascular and weight training program. Regular fitness tests are scheduled to monitor the progress of each member.
