Description
You now have the perfect opportunity to come out and try dragon boating on June 14th, 2009 ... No experience necessary, all equipment provided, a perfect way to get outdoors, be active and support athletes in your community! The event is open to companies and organizations, friends and family, and anyone who wants to give paddling a try.

A team sport like no other, dragon boating brings together 20 paddlers - friends, family, colleagues, athletes and couch-surfers alike… This sport is especially easy to learn and very safe.

Races will start at 11AM on the beautiful Lachine canal – see the map here – each team will race three times and then we’ll cap the day off with a BBQ, medal ceremonies, and delicious beers.
